The 70x7 Ministry re-entry Program assists men and women in making a successful transition from incarceration to the community. To accomplish this we offer a personalized program that emphasizes life issues such as employment, life skills, and substance abuse counseling. Residents living at 70x7 Ministry are automatically enrolled in the residential reentry program. While living at our house they must participate in 12 Steps of Celebrate Recovery meetings in addition to attending scheduled biblical instruction where they learn biblical principles to apply to their life. During their time at the 70x7 Ministry our compassionate team and volunteers teach residents accountability and responsibility as it is a major component for men and women who will be transitioning into society.We feel our program's unique strategy that emphasizes accountability and responsibility is so effective because it decreases the likelihood of relapse and often results in strengthened connections between clients. In addition, we feel that by using house rules, regular meetings, peer accountability, and a structured living environment we are able to maintain a drug and alcohol-free environment and reinforce each resident's accountability in recovery which makes our program so successful. At 70x7 Ministry's program is the non-denominational message of God’s forgiveness taken from Matthew 18: 21-22 in which Peter asked Jesus, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times? Jesus answered,” I tell you, not seven times, but up to seventy times seven. which is what our non-profit organization's belief is based upon and emphasized through our program. In conclusion, our goal is to assist men and women to communicate with all individuals, build a positive community, learn to live life without drugs or alcohol, express their emotions, live a productive life filled with purpose, have friends, make amends with others, and reconcile with family.
